Something of injustice happening to life should not be forgotten but always remembered so as not to repeat the same or similar mistake in losing life unnecessarily.

We can not do anything about the past unfortunate events but do something now to soothe the pain, repair, hopefully, heal the damaged souls, and avoid the recurrence of sadness through sincerely providing reasonable respect, repentance, forgiveness, fairly quantified reparation in kind.

Considering the features of life such as potential lifespan, intelligence, occupation/profession, we can take all these imaginable features as reasonable factors to calculate the value of lost life in dollars.

For the sake of long-lasting harmony and peace for all, all parties such as the public, media, politicians, churches, etc., should not keep on propagating the sense of hatred. Instead, all should promote how and what fair justice has been reasonably provided, and let our lives move. If not, the unnecessary self-consumption and self-destruction will continue to hurt and damage the society of all.

Now, known to us, the monetary value of 27 million has been made and provided for Floyd's family as a token of reparation. To me, that amount of dollars is well beyond what most Americans regardless of the jobs possibly partaken can earn and save in a lifetime.

Though endless disputes on the loss of a precious priceless life may continue, for the sake of all living beings, the people on the current stage of society should take responsibility to deduce a reasonable solution for bettering our future. In my view as discussed above, the combination of reasonable legal procedures to rectify the deserved justice plus a reasonable amount of dollars as discussed is a reasonable formula of reparation for an unnecessary life loss like Mr. Floyd.
